Musicians will play the songs of the war period at the book shop and other locations on Main Street. Scheduled to perform are Dallas singer-songwriter Jed Marum, Dr. Dean Havron, the “banjo doctor” of Winchester, Va., and a group of local Rappahannock County musicians.
