• Last week Third and Fifth Grade students at RCES were treated to an ice cream party to celebrate their extraordinary effort in preparing for their SOL tests. Unless you are privileged to work in our schools as staff or volunteer, it is impossible to fully understand the tremendous energy that goes into the test preparation on a daily basis.
