Rappahannock County’s Catholic Parish of St. Peter’s will soon have a new home. Breaking ground with a golden shovel, St. Peter’s Catholic Mission pastor, the Rev. Albert Verbeke and the Rev. Leo Zonneveld of Culpeper overturned shovels full of dirt at the new site during the Sunday ceremony. Rev. and Mrs. L. Starke Jones of Woodville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 19 with an open house at their home. They have two children and three grandchildren. Rev. Jones is pastor of Woodville Baptist Church.
