donations sought
The Sperryville Cemetery Committee is currently seeking donations to help pave the cemetery road. Also a number of headstones need to be reset. A fund has been established to accomplish these two tasks and donations would be appreciated. : Donations should be* made to the Sperryville Cemetery Ad Hoc Maintenance Committee and mailed to: Sperryville Cemetery Ad Hoc Maintenance Committee, P.O. Tim Kaine, the Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor, will be visiting Rappahannock on Sunday, Aug. 26 for an old-fashioned, all-arewelcome town meeting. The meeting will be held at the Washington fire hall beginning at 7:30 p.m.
