program offers support to eligible arts groups, colleges and schools to increase access to high quality arts for all Virginians; to increase opportunities for artists to create and present their work; and to expand arts education opportunities for young people. This grant program is open to any not-for-profit organization presenting the arts. It is one of the Commission’s most competitive grant programs.
