NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC ROAD The Board of Superv isors of Rappahannock County proposes to adopt an ordinance which will establish a public road, at no expense to the state or to the County, across the County property upon which the Flatwood Refuse and Recycling Facility is located. This road will replace a portion of the old Rock Mills Road previously abandoned, so as to allow property owners' access from the current Rock Mills Road to their properties. Copies of the proposed ordinance and of a plat showing the location of the proposed road are available for inspection at the County Administration Office at 290 Gay Street from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. A public hearing on said ordinance shall be held at the Board of Supervisors monthly meeting on June 3, 2002 at 7:00pm at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia.
