The District tournaments for baseball, softball and soccer commence on Tuesday, May 2J. with quarterfinal action. ; The semifinals and finals will be played out on Thursday and Friday of this week (May 23/24) at the appropriate school location —^ check out the Upcoming Athletic Events schedule. ", Rappahannock County High School will host the Bull Run District Softball Tournament for the first time ever. The track teams have already competed in the District Track Championships held on Wednesday, May 15 at B,rentsville High School’s track.
Young Mattie Nawrocki established another school track record and sophomore phenom, Ryisha “The Rocket” Cook dominated the short sprints and won the Bull Run District’s Best Female Track Athlete of Year Award. In the meantime, here’s what it looks like.
