Day at Gray Ghost
Join Gray Ghost for a Civil war Author’s Day on Saturday, Nov. 30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Renowned authors will be on hand to sign, discuss and sell their books art the winery.
Admission is free, authors accept cash or check for their books. This is a great opportunity to shop for the Civil War buffs and wine lovers alike. Gray Ghost wines will also be available for complimentary tasting.

bazaar planned
Rappahannock crafters are invited to offer their merchandise at the Luray Rescue Squad Christmas bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The bazaar will be held at the Rescue building and all benefits will go directly to the squad. Crafters must call to have tables reserved by Dec. 1. To reserve call Karen Richards at 743-5788, days or 743-1889, evenings.

Rapidtran transportation services will not operate on Thursday, Nov. 28 or Friday, Nov. 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. Rapidtran is a program of the Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging.
