Ronald D. Smith, 48, of Viewtown died on Friday, Nov. 22 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 25, 1953 in Fayetteville, N.C., to the late Joseph Smith and Mary Morris.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Belinda Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Valery Butler Smith; Five children, Fyness, Joseph, April and Allashia Smith of Bronx, N.Y. and Dwayne Butler of Newport News; his step-father, Jessie Morris of Fayetteville, N.C. his father and mother-inlaw, Rev. and Mrs. Wendell Grant of Marshall and his Grandmother Sweets of Marshall.
