Mayor Willis said that no one said that the system was nonexpandable, but that the “target was 30,000 gallons per day (capacity).” That target was based upon 10,000 gallons per day, he said, to solve existing drainfield problems, another 10,000 gallons per day for the Inn at Little Washington and other restaurants, and the remainder for other existing users.
