At the December meeting of
the Rappahannock County Elementary School Parent Tteacher Organization, I was directed by parents and teachers to write the Rappahannock News to let you know we had “caught” someone doing something right.
I want to express the PTO’s thanks to Raye Tupper, principal of RCES, for the efforts of Barbara Wheatley, Reading Specialist, and for her leadership in implementing recent additions to the RCES reading program.
