In what Special Agent Gary Settle of the Virginia State Police describes today as a “fairly big” drug bust in Rappahannock County, law enforcement officials executed a search warrant recently in an apartment of a bam on a Woodville farm.
It is a significant amount for one person to be distributing within Rappahannock County,” said Agent Settle, who is in the Bureau of Criminal Investigations of the state police.
Police have charged Robert “Bobby” Risk, of 4923 Sperryville Pike, with three charges, according to Agent Settle.
The charges, he said, are manufacture, sale and distribution of a Schedule 1 narcotic called psilocybin (known on the street as “mushrooms”) as well as manufacture, sale and distribution of marijuana.
The third charge is possession of firearms while in the possession of a Schedule 1 narcotic.
According to the inventory of what was seized, police found two baggies of psilocybin or “mushrooms”, including one in the refrigerator.
