This day, Stephanie L. Hitt, the abovenamed Complainant, personally appeared before me, a Notary Public of and for the county and state aforesaid, in my county, and made oath, that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Complainant to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant Dean T. Massey is, without effect, to-wit: Complainant has telephoned three of Defendant's brothers, his pare ..s, his former wife, his former employer and his former attorney. None of the individuals were willing and/or able to provide the requested information as to Defendant's whereabouts. Defendant has been delinquent in his child support obligation, has terminated his employment and may have a capias in Fredericksburg for a DUI. Defendant has only seen his child on one occasion, on January 5, 2002. Defendant's last known address is 6224 Summer Pond Drive, Apt, J, Centreville, Virginia 20121. Defendant has failed to notify the Complainant, or the Rappahannock County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of his address, in violation of § 20-124.5 of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended.
