Rapca''a",nock News Photo John To>eUP A FENCE: Rappahannock emergency personnel remove Jeffrey Paul Bramell, 43, of Luray from his wrecked Ford sedan after an accident on U.S. 211 west of Sperryville on Dec. 20 at about 10:30 a.m. According to Trooper M. L. Jones of the Virginia State Police, Mr. Bramell was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle, crossing the westbound lane. The car struck several boulders before coming to rest on a fence in front of the U. S. Park Service sign. Mr. Bramell was injured, and was taken to Fauquier Hospital.
