search warrant around noon on Dec. 9 at Windy Hill Farm.

The firearms listed in the inventory were a .22 cal. Remington model 510 Tatget Master rifle, a .22 cal. Remington model 572 Fieldmaster and a 12 gauge New England firearms model Pardner.

Other items seized included a set of scales, two smoking devices, a duffle bag, “a spoon with white residue,” portable hand scales, a pill bottle “with unknown pills”, and a plastic baggie with a razor blade, straw and plastic vial.

“When the search warrant was executed, he was cooperative,” said Agent Settle.

While charges have been filed, Agent Settle said that Mr. Risk had not actually been arrested, at this paper’s deadline.

Agent Settle said that the drug seizure was “fairly big” because of “the amount we found, especially with the “mushrooms,” and the amount and quality of the marijuana.

Speaking of “mushrooms,” Agent Settle said, “It is a very expensive drug and a very expensive habit.”

The investigation is continuing, said Agent Settle, who has been working on it for the last few months.
