King celebration
set for Jan. 19
The 12th annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration at The Theatre in Washington will feature Dr. Belle Whelan, the Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Virginia on Sunday, Jan. 19 at 4 p.m.
The celebration is sponsored each year by the Julia E. Boddie Scholarship Committee of Rappahannock County.
