In appreciation Roger Roach, left, and his wife Sarah, are honored at a party Saturday evening given by the Washington Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department in recognition of Roger Roach's retirement as chief for 26 years of the department. TNfe party was at the home of Russ and Mary Collins in Washington. Roach received a gift certificate to Ski Chalet while his wife received a dozen red roses.
