Elizabeth Welch, along with her dad, Bill Welch, enjoyed a day out Saturday with Elizabeth’s Girl Scout Troop in Fredricksburg ice-skating. You know the old saying, you can always see someone you know no matter where you go. Well upon arrival at the ice skating rink she met Kara Corbin and Allison Antony from Rappahannock. Fern was had by all.
