Horrock Rappahannock News Staff Writer Trooper Don Corbin ran the “Operation Blue and Gray” Virginia State Police project in the heart of Rappahannock County along Route 211 West and Route 522 from 3 to 11 p.m. last Friday. In eight solid hours perhaps two dozen motorists encountered him, including people involved in an accident.
