Must be computer literate, possess strong communication and organization skills and able to perform multiple tasks. Primary functions include budget cost analysis, contract maintenance, subcontract management and owner contact. Position offers strong growth and benefits within a positive work environment. College degree a plus but not req. Agtek, Heavybid and Excel proficiency a plus.
