Rappahannock News earned four awards for articles entered in the 2003 Virginia Press Association Editorial Contest, which was judged by the New Jersey Press Association.
The awards were presented this past weekend at the conclusion of the 2004 VPA Winter Meeting in Roanoke.
Competing against 27 other weekly newspapers in the Weekly Group 1 Division, Rappahannock News Editor Mary Ann Kuhn earned the following awards for the newspaper:
