Kenneth Allen Comer of Ash Tree Lane in Washington was found guilty March 16 of driving under the influence of alcohol on Saturday, Jan. 31.
District Court Judge Charles B. Foley sentenced Comer to 60 days in jail and suspended the sentence.
The judge imposed a $500 fine and suspended $400 of it. Comer paid $100 plus court costs.
His driver’s license was suspended for one year but he was told he could obtain a restricted operator’s license by going to a Virginia Alcohol Safety Program for one year.
