The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging is seeking individuals who are interested in serving as a volunteer on the Local Human Rights Committee (LHRC). This Committee meets quarterly (January, April, July, and October) at 1:30 p.m. in Culpeper and is responsible for ensuing that individuals receiving mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse services are being treated with dignity, are free from abuse or neglect, and that their basic rights are being protected. THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to quiet title in the Complainant to a certair tract or parcel of land described as “Lot 5 ■ Wood Lot" containing 6 acres, more or less in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia near Castleton which was conveyed to Complainant by quitclaim deed from J.E. Hoyle and Virginia P. Hoyle dated June 13, 1981 and recorded in Deec Book 139, page 339 in the Clerk's Office ol the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and which lot is shown on a plat oi survey attached to such deed and recordec therewith. An affidavit having been made anc signed that there may be unknown heirs oi James Elliott, Mary Jane Elliott, and/or Edward M. Fox, the last record owners of such property, whose names and post office addresses are unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that each of said persons appear on or before the 12th day of July, 2004 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court ol Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747, and do what is necessary tc protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County ol Rappahannock; and that a copy of this ordei be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held.
