Part-time (20 hrs/wk) position with the Zoning Division Duties include evaluating legislative land development applications; serv ing as project manager for appeals; processing applications for appeals regarding proffer interpretations to the Board of Supervisors; and providing management support to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for legislative applications when required. Bachelor's degree in Planning. Landscape Architecture and 3 years related experience. AICP, CZA/CZO certification and G1S experience desired.
