Panthers kept up the tempo the Eagles being outscored by only two in the second half.
“We wanned up in the end,” said Hanberry.
The Eagles played a 2-3 zone defense forcing missed shots by Rappahannock.
With fast ball handling and smart passes, the Eagles sunk four 3-pointers throughout the game.
Again, youth and size influenced the outcome. Hanberry commented on how young his team was, saying that it is only made up of eighth and ninth graders, while the Clarke County team consists mostly of sophomores.
