The Lions Club’s annual Bland Music Contest will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2005, at the Theatre on Gay Street, Washington, beginning at 2 p.m.
Contestants are eligible if they are students in grades kindergarten through 12 in Rappahannock County Public schools, as well as private and home schooled children, and county residents who attend schools in other counties.
