According to Rev. Jon Heddleston, pastor of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church in Sperryville, “An appeal wasn’t even necessary because the need was so great and so obvious. People spontaneously began giving.”

Special collections will be made over a period of weeks to assist the disaster relief effort and inese funds will be channeled through the Baptist Inter .ational Mission Board where missionaries are in place to se. that the funds are used most effectively.
