The Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Roger Lee Ibbin, 36, of Woodstock, Va. on charges of burglary and grand larceny..
According to Sheriff Larry Sherertz, several rings were reported stolen on July 22, 2004 from a residence on South Poes Road, Amissville, while workmen had been doing renovations at the home.
