Recording the river
The Thornton River is a very important part of our local community. It flows down by Laurel Mills and continues past Estes, near Viewtown, as it heads toward the Hazel River.
With a bridge at Laurel Mills and one near Estes, it is veiy probable that most Viewtown residents will cross this river many times each week.
