APRIL 7 New Mother Support Group If you have just given birth to vour first child or your next child, you will fmd a warm welcome to this supportive group. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month and will be led bv a reg stered nurse. Babies and healthy siblings are invited, as well. STARTING APRIL 11 LAMAZE Prepared Childbirth Series To prepare for your delivery day. The Family Birth Center of Culpeper Regional Hospital provides in-depth instruction on labor, delivery, pain control, relaxation techniques, vaginal and cesarean birth, and other topics surrounding the birth experience to you and your labor coach. Prepared Childbirth is taught during a six-week series by a Registered Nurse who is certified in LAMAZE Childbirth Education The cost for a complete series is $60 Series 2 of 2005 will be held April 11, 18, 25 then continuing tnrojgh May 2. 9, &16 7-9 pm
