Can Rappahannock County preserve its' beautiful countryside and rural character with so many of the surrounding counties experiencing overwhelming growth?"’ My answer is we must remain vigilant, support the County ’s comprehensive plan and permanently preserve land through conservation easements. With over 20.000 acres in conservation easement and the county's current zoning ordinance. Rappahannock’s efforts are leading the way.
