Being the first female trooper in Rappahannock is not anything special to Corbett, “I don’t feel a difference at all, I’m just a trooper,” she said. -
Corbett was one of 64 new troopers who graduated.on Feb. 25, 2004 from the 108th Basic Trooper Session after 39 weeks of law enforcement instruction.
Those long weeks consisted of crash and crime scene investigation, driving skills, firearms and self defense.
