Cleo C. Dodson, 82, of Culpeper died Thursday, May 25, at Our Father’s House Christian Home.

She was bom October 27, 1923 in Rappahannock County to the late George Roxie and Mary Ethel Clater.

Mrs. Dodson attended Rappahannock County High School and was valedictorian of her .class in 1941. She was a lifetime member of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of sixty five years, Charles B. Dodson, two children, Janice Carwile and her husband, Wayne of Culpeper, and C.E. Dodson and his wife, Linda of Sperryville.

Additional survivors include two brothers, Gid Clater of Sperryville, and Pete Clater of Manassas, six grandchildren, Donna Foster, Christopher and Lindsay Carwile,
