IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that any and all such persons claiming and interest in the land above described appear in person or by counsel on or before the 10th day of July 2006 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Washington Virginia, 22747, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests.
