Flint Hill highway sign marred by vandals. A somber Dorian Matthews poses beside the Flint Hill village sign that is now missing its hand-crafted wood letters. Dorian designed and crafted the letters last year as part of an Eagle Scout project. Decals have been placed on the sign to replace the missing letters until replacement wood letters can again be constructed and installed. The Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office has the incident under investigation—as they do several other vandalism cases in Flint Hill, including stolen signs at the Post Office.
