Franklin H. Kidwell, Sr., 69-, of Boston, Virginia, passed away Sunday, September 3, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Franklin was bom Mary 4, 1937 in Fairfax County, Virginia to Joseph Kidwell and Georgeanna Robinson Kidwell.
Franklin wrs an avid fisherman.
• He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Victoria A. Kidwell, six daughters, Cheryl, Judy, Carolyn, Vicky, Rhoda, and Rose; his seven sons, Ernie, George, Mark, Oscar, Johnny, Rocky, and Franklin, Jr.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Sharon.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 8, in the CloreEnglish Funeral Home Chapel, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, Virginia 22701. Charles Clidenist will be conducting the funeral. Burial will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, (New Section) 501 East Chandler Street, Culpeper, Virginia 22701. Military Honors will be provided by, VFW Post 2524 Honor
