RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 2, 2006 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE 06-08-01 William Richard and Ester Mae Settle dba Settle's Cars and Trucks LLC, by Richard L. Settle-Agent, desire a Special Exception permit for an expansion of a non-conforming use on their property located at 14723 Lee Highway, Amissville (Tax Map 32, Parcels 89 and 90, zoned RR", Jackson District). The applicants wish to expand the vehicle lot and not the building. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
