For all you cat lovers out there, RappCats, the new group working to help Rappahannock’s homeless cats, will hold their first annual organization meeting at the library on Saturday, January 19 at 10 a.m. Started in June 2007, RappCats has made considerable strides in establishing itself as a community-wide organization. Anybody who has an interest in what they are doing is welcome to come to the meeting. Cat ownership or willingness to adopt a cat is not a requirement.
