There shall be no limitation on events held completely indoors at the Miller Farm, subject to the capacity of the septic field and Virginia Department of Health approval. 2. Outdoor events will be unlimited in number. No outdoor amplified music or loudspeakers will be allowed after t a.m. This restriction will be dearly stated to any organization or pnvate party renting the property as part ot the rental agreement. 4 Portable toilets, it used, will be discretely located out ot sight ot Route 23t and adjoining properties. This will also be stated in the rental agreement when use ot portable toilets is relevant.
