Dominion has been the target of relentless criticism during the hearings.
The company also has its backersv Dominion spokesman Jim Norvelle said.
"This is part of the open process," Norvelle said. "It's been very good for Virginians...Certainly, we have been challenged. And the challenges have made us stronger. It has made us a better company in that we’re out listening."
