A The Fodderstack 10K is not a bicycle race, not a NASCAR race, it is a foot race ta mini-marathon if you like' right here in Rappahannock County "The course1 runs from Flint Hill to Washington along the Fodderstack Road - hence1 the name The race* - which this year is on April IS - was originally conceived by long-time county resident Eva L. Smith and was first run in 1978.
