If you are interested in pre-registering (running or walking) check the Fodderstack 10K Web site - www.fodderstacklOk.com. There you will find details of the race and an application form. For those who prefer the non-hi-tech approach, application forms can be requested from Jean Lillard (540-675-3670) or John McCarthy (540-675-5330).
