Chrosniak also testified that some “equipment had been removed and disconnected from these sites,” referring to radios located in Woodville, Markham, and Flint Hill.

Gordon also claimed that the wording of the court order prevented him from accessing equipment in order to help restore the system.
In closing, Shoemaker’s attorney, Downey, stated that “the defendant chose to contrive ambiguity in the order in order not to comply.”
Fallon countered that the “system is outside the control of my client.”
