Should Sperryville depend on the other rescue squads in the county to bear the burden of its medical emergencies? Think seriously about this subject and if you feel such a service is worthy of your support, you are urged to attend a preliminary organizational meeting to be held at 8 pm. at the Sperryville Fire Hall on Tuesday, April 8. Mrs. Vivian Gatewood and Mrs. Lois Johnson, both of Washington, Va., were enrolled in the furniture repair and refinishing classes held for 10 weeks at the local high school. Those completing the course were given certificates. Miss Audrey Darlene Davis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Stoner Davis of Front Royal, became the bride of Louis Print* Moore, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Printz Moore of Flint Hill, on Saturday, March 30,1969. The ceremony took place in the Marlow Heights Baptist Church, Front Royal.
