Varsity Softball - Report from Coach Jamie Harris: The Panther softball team avenged last week’s loss to AA Eastern View by holding the explosive Cyclones to six hits and three runs in a 9-3 victory. Amanda Smoot and the revamped defense were impressive in the field. Offensively, Rappahannock used a combination of small ball and timely base hits to plate nine runs. Rappahannock was led at the plate by Laura Caperton (two hits), Allie Dore, Megan Early, Emily Carter, and Hanna Kopjanski (a double each).”
