Photo by Jed Duvall program, a partnership of the schools and the Headwaters Foundation, planted, nourished, picked, cleaned, packed and delivered 713 pounds of vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers in 2008. The bulk of it was donated to the Senior Center, the school cafeterias, various community events, and classmates. Nearly 200 pounds of the produce was sold in the community.
