daughter, Zoey, on March 9 of this year and live in York, Pa. They dated for two years before getting married and both said they always knew it was meant to be.
“We were best friends first, but I knew after a couple of weeks that we were going to get married," said Michael.
Another of Heddleston’s success stories is Sherry and Angelo Cillo. They met while working for a bank at separate branch locations. They now have two daughters, Jaden and Payton.
“We used to talk on the phone all the time, several tltnes a day. 1 told her one day, wouldn't it be neat if we met. 1 had never seen her and she had never seen me," Angelo . Cillo said. “There was an instant connection when we met."
Apparently the meeting was a success, because four months later, Sherry moved to Richmond to be with Angelo. They married in September 2(X)2, exactly two years after they first met. They now live in Washington, Va., where Sherry is vice president and regional retail banking executive at Rappahannock National Bank.
Jen and Mike Atkins of Sperryville were married in Reynolds Memorial church on May 15. 1993. They also have two children, Ryan and Jordan.
“Mostly understanding each other and solving problems and sticking together That’s all you can do," said Jen about the secret to a successful marriage.
Decorated like a wedding reception, the new fellowship hall buzzed as the married couples and their children enjoyed the lunch hosted by church members.
“This will be the start of something new here and hopefully we will have many, many receptions in this room It’s so nice in here," said church member Cathy Gillespie. She
