Gardeners brought in 219 pounds of vegetables and 21 pounds of fruit.
Donors also contributed 98 pounds of canned, bottled and packaged food, 23 dozen eggs, 8 half gallons of milk, 13 pounds of butter, 1.4 pounds of homemade jam, and 143 pounds of pet food, said Berg.

Sympathy goes out to John Anderson, Loring Anderson and Alice Anderson all of Washington, on the death of their sister, Virginia Mae Anderson Herold of Baltimore. She passed away on June 24.
