I he Board ot Directors oi the Northern Piedmont Community Foundation (NPCF) welcomes John W. McCarthy, III, and Robert C. Dart, M.D.. to the board each for three year terms.
McCarthy serves as Rappahannock County administrator and a lecturer in the Department of Geography at Man' Washington College. He is vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of Fauquier Hospital and vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of Fauquier Health System.
He senes on the Board of Trustees of Rappahannock County Public Library, the Board of Directors of Child Care and Learning Center, and was named the Rappahannock News’ “Citizen of the Year-2000.”
Dr Dart, of Warrenton, will retire from 26 years of practice with Blue Ridge Orthopaedic Associates this summer. He is a panel physician for the newly established Fauquier Hospital Wound Healing
