Child and Williamson hope to have the Web site online, with a couple dozen participating farmers, by early August. They’ve lined up “guinea pig families” to order online and give their feedback about what works about the process and what needs work.
Farmer Girls will bring together participating families and farmers this week for a meet and greet event and the women hope to open the site up to more families later this summer. They intend to offer produce, meat, and dairy from Fauquier County
